Alice Needham

Originally from Doncaster, South Yorkshire, Alice is a conservatoire-trained singer with over 12 years of teaching and vocal coaching experience. She trained at the Royal Northern College of Music and works with singers across Greater Manchester and the High Peak, supporting them to unlock greater clarity, freedom, and ease in their voice.

Alice strives to create a relaxed, welcoming space where singers feel comfortable, heard, and free to explore their voice without judgement. Her teaching approach centres on clear, decluttered, sustainable technique, strong pedagogical understanding, and a commitment to vocal health. She feels privileged when singers place their trust in her, and she works collaboratively with each individual to unlock vocal ease, confidence, and freedom.

Her students hold a 100% pass rate across ABRSM, LCM, and LAMDA syllabuses, with many progressing into further training or professional work in performance and teaching. Alice prepares singers for drama school auditions, helping them present their strongest, most authentic selves in the audition room.

Alice is thrilled to be an Accredited Vocal Balance Teacher and is excited to share the vocal freedom and flexibility this approach offers with her students.
