Hanna-Liisa

Hanna-Liisa is a Northern-born singer and actor based in London.

Over the past decade, she has built a distinguished career in opera, performing on stages across the U.K. and internationally. Now, she is embracing a new artistic chapter, following her lifelong passion for musical theatre and acting, and carving a new path.

Alongside her busy performing career, Hanna-Liisa has spent nearly twenty years helping singers and actors of all ages and backgrounds find their voices and grow as artists. Her teaching is all about the individual - helping each student discover their unique sound, connect honestly with their material, and build the confidence to give authentic, engaging performances both on stage and in the studio.

Driven by a love for working with artists at the top of their game, Hanna-Liisa completed the renowned Vocal Balance Teacher Training Programme in 2025 and is now an accredited Vocal Balance vocal coach. This training has deepened her ability to combine solid technique with expressive freedom - giving performers the tools they need to meet the demands of today’s theatre industry with authenticity, confidence, and versatility.

As an accomplished pianist, Hanna-Liisa brings a strong musical sensibility to her coaching. Her sessions blend vocal, musical, and dramatic elements, helping performers connect the dots between technique, storytelling, and emotional truth - so they can deliver performances that truly resonate with audiences and industry professionals alike.
