Charlotte trained in Musical Theatre at The Royal Academy of Music, and also holds a First-Class Bachelor of Music from City University London.

Since graduating she has worked as an actress and singer in various productions such as The Jerry Herman review “Showtune” at the Union Theatre and performing the role of Deb in “Ordinary Days” at The Cockpit.
She has sung as a vocalist in concerts including “Swinging with Strings” at Cadogan Hall, “To Gillie With Love” at The Gillian Lynne Theatre and the first live performance of Billie Holidays album “Lady in Satin” at the Bristol Jazz festival. Charlotte is part of a vintage vocal harmony trio who gig worldwide, on cruise ships and around the country.

As a teacher Charlotte is passionate about helping pupils build their confidence in singing, with a decluttered approach to technique. Since training with Vocal Balance she has been amazed at the freedom it can give a voice and how accessible it is to students of all backgrounds. Charlotte also focuses closely on acting through song, and how this can develop when the voice feels free and at ease! She can’t wait to share the Vocal Balance technique with her pupils.

Charlotte teaches 1-1 online, and in person in London.
